Ciara's camp has teamed up with the hottest nightlife venues in the country along with her celebrity friends and industry executives to celebrate her advancement to the next level. The songstress will star in her first major movie role in a re-make of the musical "Mama, I Want to Sing!"

College Hill is back and this time, they’re interning folks! College Hill: Interns premiered last night on BET with 10 college students/graduates taking on Chicago. This season Executive Producer Tracey Edmonds has the cast of interns with “Celebrity Fit Club” judge Dr. Ian Smith's guidance. Baby #2 for Rachel and Dame Dash!

Fashion designer Rachel Roy is working on her next project with former Roc-a-fella Record CEO husband Damon Dash: their second baby, due in the spring. "It's number two," Roy, 33 told Style.com this week "And I am thrilled because number one, Ava, is the best thing in my life, and I have always wanted to have another little Ava or Ava as a boy! So, high fives all around!" Ava was born in 1999, a year after Roy and Dash became a couple. Dash, 36, also has a son from a previous relationship Damon Jr. "Boogie". In other well known news, Dame Dash ran back to baby mama Rachel after his fiancee legendary R&B singer Aaliyah tragically died in an airplane crash flying back from the Bahamas. WHY FOXY BOOGIE?! WHY?

Trouble is Foxy Brown's middle name. She can't avoid trouble even if it means shaving time off of her sentence. The rapper was recently sentenced by a prison review board to 76 days in solitary confinement after a string of violations involving fights with other detainees and verbal abuse of a corrections officer.

This is not the first time Foxy Brown has been placed in confinement for fighting since being sentenced to a year on Rikers island on Sept. 8 for parole violations. But this is her longest stretch in what is known as the HOLE. The first incident occurred on Oct. 3 while Foxy and another female inmate were headed to the dining hall for dinner. The two started shoving each other for reasons that were not immediately clear, prompting correction officers to jump in and separate the two before things turned bloody.

The next day, Foxy was verbally abusive toward correction officers and also refused to take a random drug test. After the three cases were reviewed by the Department of Correction, Foxy was sentenced to 76 days in "punitive segregation" where she can spend up to 23 hours alone in her cell. Why can't you just do your time Fox Boogie and be cool. What is she getting out of all this by being rowdy in a prison like Rikers?! Lil' Kim knew to just do her time and come on home!

Tyler Perry files suit against segregationist lawyer in land dispute!

Tyler Perry has decided enough is enough! Perry has decided to fight back against Atlanta lawyer who has contested ownership of the Paces Ferry Road property on which the entertainment mogul is building a 30,000-square-foot mansion.

After two years defending against various lawsuits and legal moves, Perry's lawyers are on the offensive. They have filed suit in Fulton County Superior Court seeking more than $250,000 in damages, at least $25,000 in legal fees and unspecified other damages from Moreton Rolleston Jr.

The property in question consists of about 17 acres in Buckhead along the Chattahoochee River on which Rolleston's family home sat for more than 40 years. Perry paid $9 million for the land two years ago. He bought it from an estate of a former client of Rolleston which had seized the property to help settle the judgments on two verdicts against Rolleston totaling nearly $8 million.

Atlanta Lawyer Richard Gordon representing Perry has stated his client is tired of Rolleston's actions. Rolleston a 50 year practicing attorney has been disbarred due to his abuse of the legal system in continuing these lawsuits. Rolleston is a well known segregationist who fought the Supreme Court in the 50's after the Civil Rights Act passed and barred him from not allowing African American guest into his motel. Perry's suit notes that Rolleston showed up at the property and was observed two days later spying on the property from across the street. Gordon said he hoped a restraining order and contempt citation would force Rolleston to stop.

THE KID GOES TO THE SLAMMER!

Michigan native Kid Rock was arrested Saturday night after he rocked a sold-out show supporting "Rock N Roll Jesus," currently the No. 1 album in the country and the first chart-topper of his 17-year career. A few hours later, Kid Rock, who calls his genre blend of country, rap and southern rock "hick-Hop," was arrested after police said he and his entourage beat up a customer at a Waffle House off Buford Hwy. Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, was charged with simple battery, as were five other men who were with him. The 36-year-old rocker was released from DeKalb County Jail on Sunday afternoon after posting a $1,000 bond on the misdemeanor charge.

One star you will see in this highly anticipated film is T.I, whose absence was due to his incarceration on gun charges in Atlanta. P. Diddy who celebrated the launch of his SEAN JOHN women line Friday was almost at these two events at one time. Sort of like how he was in his two baby momma's (Kim Porter & Sarah Chapman) bed at the same time. Wow Diddy's like Soulja Boy doing the Superman everywhere on you h*es!

Berry Gordy Jr., founder of the legendary Motown record label will have a Detroit street named after him. The Detroit City Council unanimously voted to rename a section of W. Grand Boulevard to “Berry Gordy Jr. Boulevard.” The section affectionately known as “Hitsville USA” – stretching from the John C. Lodge freeway to Grand River Avenue – includes the block where the Motown recording studio and Gordy's former residence is located. Legendary Motown acts include Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and The Supremes, The Jackson Five, The Four Tops and the Temptations.

BREAKING NEWS: Lyfe Jennings protege La La Brown found shot to death

R&B singer Lyfe Jennings protege La La Brown was found shot to death in a recording studio. La La Brown was featured in Jennings hit song S.E.X. 21 year old Yolanda "La La" Brown and her producer, 22-year-old JeTannue Clayborn, were found dead in their recording studio Friday night. Milwaukee police say both were found in the Loud Enuff Productionz . Both had gunshot wounds and had been dead at least a day before being discovered. They were reportedly dating. JeTannue's mother, Dina Chambers, describes him as energetic, with an eye toward making music his career. "He loved music. He loved people. He was very kind. Autopsies were scheduled on both Clayborn and Brown, but the results have not been released.

Who said being a Hip Hop wifey was easy?!

In case you haven't caught Vh1's new reality show for a look
into the life of The Inc's C.E.O Irv Gotti, you should! The show which airs Monday's at 10:30pm takes camera's into the world of Gotti after being acquitted of money laundering charges and how he faces the task of rebuilding The Inc (formerly Murder Inc.).

Ashanti's ex Irv Gotti and his protege Ja Rule are in the studio to produce another hit to propel them to hip hop legendary status. Only problem is 50 Cent sort of destroyed Ja Rule's career, Ashanti has distanced herself from the label, and all other acts from The Inc. (Cadillac Tah, Vita, Charli Baltimore) were all canned or didn't sell enough to be mentioned again. R&B singer Lloyd might be Gotti's last great black hope.

But here is the thing the most interesting part of this reality show is Gotti's relationship with wifey Debbie Lorenzo. The couple have been separated for 5 years, but not divorced. Gotti sleeps on the couch and if not there, at his Manhattan apartment most of the time. They describe their relationship as a "friendship". Mrs. Lorenzo looks at him as to say 'don't touch me'. Gotti wants to move the family to a bigger house with a pool, but wifey is smart enough to know better so Gotti won't split and leave her with paying the mortgage with her alimony.

Deb Lorenzo is a good looking woman, but seems to be disgusted with what she thought would be a hip-hop fairy tale. Surely Irv's infamous cheating with Superhead aka Karrine Steffans and Nelly's publicity girl Ashanti has put a cloud over their marriage. And who said being a Hip Hop wifey was easy?!

Rapper T.I. pleads NOT GUILTY, in jail for another week!

Rapper T.I will remain in jail on weapons charges for at least
another week, after U.S Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman denied immediate release on bond.

Another hearing will be held next Friday to further consider conditions
proposed by the rap star lawyers that may prompt release of
T.I until his pending trial.

Lawyers for T.I. real name Clifford Harris proposed that he be released on a $2.2million bond, which included separate bonds backed by his record company, record company executives. T.I also agreed to post the equity of his two homes, which his lawyer, Ed Garland, estimated are worth about $1.5 million.

T.I agreed to stay in his home with 24-hour-a-day electronic and human monitoring, consent to any searches, be tested for drug use, remove any safes in the home, and have the only adult allowed to stay at the home as T.I's pregnant long-time girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle. But Baverman said he wants more information about who will be chosen as T.I's monitor, who would live inside the College Park home, search visitors and alert authorities if T.I violated any conditions.

Prosecutor Todd Alley recounted T.I's close calls with the law from 1997 to 2003. Alley revealed that along with the three handguns found last Saturday in T.I's car, a half-pound of marijuana was also discovered. T.I told agents the marijuana was his and he had smoked marijuana that day to get ready for the BET Award show.

Baverman said he was impressed with information provided by Harris's lawyers that showed the rapper has been "exceptionally generous and has reached out to the community, particularly the community of the underprivileged, with great generosity."

"He should be commended for that" Baverman said. But he also recognize some of the lyrics in some of the songs that stand in contrast to the message T.I gives to schoolchildren.

When members of T.I's family were asked to stand up in the packed courtroom, about 50 people rose to their feet. Baverman found that prosecutors had not convinced him that no possible conditions could be placed on T.I to assure he would not a flight risk on danger to others. Judge Baverman said he is willing to consider the extraordinary conditions proposed by T.I's legal team.

No word on prosecution of drug charges on X-Scape group member Tiny who was found during the gun bust with ectasy and marijuana in her possession.
